T-mobile has been making many mistakes to their customers bills, making them pay for outlandish things. My story... I changed my plan and had unlimited text. I did this in store, and have a print out stating what my bill was yet for some reason I was charged for every text message sent for two weeks. When I called to find out what the problem was and how to fix it they just wanted my money. They would not explane to me what was going on, or why the mistake was made. "There is nothing we can do, yet how are you going to pay today." This is what was said over and over again to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transered to another CS agent and the same line was repeated to me. I was being treated unfairly as their paying customer and I see that so many of us are. I left the company and found greener pastuer, but this nees to stop. So please sign and pass it on. Do not let them keep us on a leash!
