The restrictions regarding lodge choice have been officially lifted after a long period of negotiation. Your willingness to hold firm on this issue ensured that rider freedom remained the priority throughout these discussions. I hope we continue to keep a watchful eye on local policies to ensure this remains a …
This petition is to make Molpus Timberlands aware of the perceivable immoral, unetheical and possible violations of the anti-trust laws that are being imposed on the public by their lessee Brimstone Recreation. The riders should have a choice as to where they lodge without being unfairly descriminated against. The new Brimstone Regulations are an apparant attempt to put one of the most popular & convenient lodging facilities (Trails End Campground & Cabins) out of business. The new regulations have sparked a nationwide boycott of Brimstone Recreation which will be devastating to the economy of Scott County, Tennessee. The purchase of a Brimstone Recreation permit which is sold to the public for recreational enjoyment should not give Brimstone Recreation the ability to dictate to the riders where they must lay their heads down at night! Please help us get the attention of the Land Owners Molpus Timberlands to get these absurd actions by Brimstone Recreation removed for good.
This is total garbage. We have been coming here for years and they have no business telling us where we can stay. Trails End is the best place to stay and everyone knows it.

BOYCOTT BRIMSTONE! Unfair business practices like this are gonna ruin the whole area. Keep the trails open to everyone regardless of where they book their cabin.

They act like they own the sport. Just let us ride and stay where we want. Simple as that.

Leave Trails End alone. They are the heart of that riding community and you are just trying to force people into your own overpriced rentals. Shame on you.
