The management team has finally met with us and agreed to scrap the new contract terms. I honestly have no words for how incredible you all were in getting them to listen. This win belongs entirely to this group and I am just humbled to have been part of it.

I disagree with this table because I think I will be working for free what will I do with hundred & sixty eight rand?
Im not happy with the structure that was given I feel that we were not considered and we're not being appreciated at all for all the effort
The structure given was late and i cannot afford anything if my commission is calculated with it
I cannot work without being considered it's like I'm working like a volunteer whereas I'm not volunteering
No to this nonsense we dnt want it . Why doubling the target and then the salary is still low

I am not all about frontseat changes for increasing the target without increasing the percentage
