We don't live in Lewiston, but we do business with folks and are friends of many Lewistonians including some of the Village Council. We understand what historic importance should be put on historic buildings. It would be like allowing The Ontario House to sit empty and not be accessible to the public to experience ;the history of your beautiful Village. A community focus should be put on developing something more for the community. How about moving from your Red Brick and make it the new Village Hall? Better frontage to promote?

Let it go, Mr. Hastings.. It's obvious you don't care for it, for Lewiston or its people.

Some things can not be replaced. This is one of them. The Frontier House has been bastardized, abused, neglected. Please do not lose this 'center of town' anchor.
