I support all the front of the house staff and local 5. HHV you are the largest hotel on the Islands stand by your employees and do the right thing by making it a safe working environment. Your not only protecting your employees by it but the guest as well. Aloha

How can you ensure the high quality of service if employees are not in a safe environment?

It’s understood that guidelines and restrictions will be in place for a while but I hope you and all businesses will really listen and take to heart the concerns and suggestions your employees have. No one knows what is most needed in a department like the people who work it! Your employees are your greatest assets to make your guests comfortable and feel they are taken care of. If you take care of them, they can better care for your guests.

I have seen other Hilton properties in the mainland that are taking all the needed precautions to make sure that their guests & employees are safe and protected to the best that they can, why would the BIGGEST hotel in Waikiki not do that for their employees & guests??? This virus is not to new taken lightly! Money is one thing, BUT lives should NOT be sacraficed at any cost!!! DO THE RIGHT THING HILTON!!! If you all want to open the property back up again without employees and guests being in fear of catching this virus...DO THE RIGHT THING!!! Just remember...this virus doesn't discriminate, YOU (UPPER MANAGEMENT) can catch it too...think about that.
