The current out of hours service on an 0845 number is CLEARLY not working putting patients at risk. Some patients are not getting called back until 3 hours later. At present only 1-2 doctors based at yeovil have to cover the WHOLE of somerset one of the largest geographical counties in the uk stretching from minehead to frome.
