The council has voted in favor of our proposal for the Metalman and Heritage trail. It is gratifying to see such a positive commitment to preserving the history of our town. We look forward to seeing this project take shape in the coming months.

The metal man is iconic to tramore. Cant believe it has been left to rot for so long. Get it restored asap.
Council needs to get their act together and back this. Its local heritage we are talking about here.

This would be brilliant for the town. Tramore needs more stuff like this to bring people in.
Used to walk out there with my grandad all the time. Such a shame to see it in bad shape. Please fix it up for the next generation to enjoy.

So happy this is finally being pushed forward. The coastal path is lovely but the metal man needs the attention.
