the air ambulance that use the airport as it's home base shouldn't be hamstrang by shutting down a critically needed operation to the valley... the airport is a critical needed part of the infrastructure of the valley

The city council is totally unprepared for this project. It does not have the money to provide water roads or sewer to it. It is a political agenda and those that can't handle being neutral need to leave the council. Also it's absurd to have a city manager that earns $40000 more than the governor

I only fly in and out of GWS a couple of times each year. But it is an important asset. Please reopen soon.

The arbitrary closure of this airport is unnecessary and is adversely impactful.

If they recieved federal funds, then they can't close it per the FAA official statement on Covid 19. They can keep people from leaving the grounds but an airport must remain open for essential flights.

Small GA airports are the heart of the flying community. They should be considered an essential service and kept open.

Closure of small airports, especially ones in rough terrain areas are a detriment to safety of pilots, passengers and folks on the ground needing timely medical extraction.

General Aviation serves so many purposes, even during a pandemic. No need to close this airport!

Airports are essential emergency infrastructure. Closure like this without clear and immediate concerns is not justified.

This airport serves so many purposes. For me, I rely on it to operate my business which is a photography & video production company that’s been in business for 8 years. Please keep KGWS open!

I live in Carbondale and plan to base our aircraft at the Glenwood airport. Boulder tried to close its airport several times until the flood of 2013 when it became the emergency command center to manage the crisis. The airport is essential to the community and must be improved and maintained.
