Unnecessary car moving is a waste of gas, hard on cars, and bad for the environment.

We have off street parking. I watch my neighbors struggle with where to park and when. I always thought the 2AM change over to be a money maker for the city, not resident friendly. Please find a better way or return to the old rules and enforce them.

Those living on cul-de-sacs this has been a very difficult ordinance to follow. You go to bed parking on the correct side, you wake up on parking on the wrong side. Visitors to our city, must think we are crazy, most come from cities that have snow ordinance only when there is snow.

The current ordinance is ridiculous.
