This is a ridiculous ordinance and I also think anyone who has been ticketed should be refunded and anyone who hasn’t paid it should get it ripped up as if it never existed.

I think that some reasonable, common sense updates to this policy should be made. As much as I’d like there to be snow from October to March, that is nothing close to what reality is. Striking a better balance between what is convenient from a policy and implementation standpoint with what is a little easier for citizens would be nice

The alternate side parking for almost 3/4 of the year is too much and puts to much of a crunch on an existing limited parking supply. A snow emergency makes more sense.

Those of us who live at the bottom of a cul de sac in Rochester are doubly affected by the ordinance.

The current ordinance is overbearing unreasonable. There is no reason to play musical cars in October, November, March and april. Have a snow emergency on snow emergency routes and fine the drivers out of compliance. The current program seems more like a revenue generator than a solution to a problem.
