Fresno California says it has a water conservation policy however if you turn in a water waster report for the Fresno Parks dept it will be ignored. Fresno Water Conservation officers claim that the Parks dept is required to follow the same rules and regulations that citizens must follow but they do not do that. Filing a report of failing to comply by the Parks dept is ignored by both the Parks dept and the Water Conservation committee. Please tell Fresno to treat everyone the same including the Parks dept.
