I have been in contact with school administrators to discuss the logistics of establishing these additional teams. The interest expressed here continues to serve as an important point of reference during these ongoing discussions.

The level of engagement this proposal has generated indicates a genuine need within our school community. This momentum confirms that our pursuit of additional basketball opportunities is both timely and necessary.

If the parents are willing to help then what is the hold up? Stop wasting time and get the season started.
My son was really hoping for a chance to play this year. Freshman ball is huge for building school spirit. Bring it back!
My freshman is so bummed about this. He loves the game. Let him play!
The talent pool is deep enough. No reason for these kids to be turned away at the door.
freshmen need to be on the court or they just end up playing video games all day. give them a team.

SERIOUSLY these boys need something to do after 2:30. Keeping them active is just common sense.
