To Whom It May Concern: We, the Undersigned, do respectfully request William Pennington's removal from sex offender registration and the corresponding restrictions (including removal of the electronic monitoring device. We feel that Mr. Pennington is NOT a threat or danger to the community but simply a part of it. He's been a model citizen before and following his incident and made an error of judgment. He has always been there for anyone who needed him and has even saved several lives including a blind military veteran! His situation was completely consentual and the victim has continued to lie about his age, further endangering others. Again, we respectfully request his removal from registration and the restrictions so that he may be able to live a somewhat normal life with his friends and family. Thank You
