We, the undersigned, supporters of Troy Ketchmore, are seeking a reduction in Troy's current prison sentence, resulting in his return to the community where he can be a positive agent of social change.   Troy has been incarcerated for 16 years, serving a 43 year sentence under Virginia's new sentencing law.  Forensic evidence proves Troy's innocence.  However, Troy accepts full responsibilty for his actions, and we feel that during his 16 years of incarceration he has paid the price for any wrong-doing on his part regarding the incident that led to his conviction.   Over the past 16 years, Troy has earned a business degree, participated in rehabilitative programs, and helped gang members in prison make positive changes in their lives.  Troy also helped plant the seed that eventually grew into the non-profit foundation Ketchmore Kids.  Ketchmore Kids uses hip-hop culture to work with youth on gang prevention, self esteem and more.  Your support will help as we petition Virginia's governor, and take other steps, to secure Troy's release.  Obtain more details regarding Troy's case at KetchmoreKids.org.
