Hall County Sherffi dept Police, Investigators and DAs lied removed evedince without taking pictures and some how got an all white jury as a jury of peers for a black man on a fake murder case with no evedince the gun was ever in his hands no blood or gun powder residue on him that would say that he had shot anyone at point blank range.The young lady who died showed all signs of a self inflicted wound to the head the Police even admit in sworn affidavits that they had to pry the gun from her left hand ro make the scene safe for paramedics to come in. Solomon V Troy Hester is innoncent sitting in a max security Prison with a sentence of life plus 5 years as his mother fades away dying of cancer. We had a motion for new trial hearing set for May and at the last min the two DAs on the case one will be on vacation the other on Maternity Leave now they have set it off 6 more months to Oct 7 2010.
