This petition is was created due to the (BSL) Breed-SPecific Legislation Ban on American Pit Bull Terriers. Its a world where these breeds are being put down or left for dead due to a law that says these are so called "prima facie"( in law term meaning "at first sight" intimidating or scary looking). These are pets, parts of the family, and our loved ones. People own wild animals in their homes but must follow regulations when these animals get loose, the consequences are paid by Humane Euthanization or large fines to the owner. These are dogs and puppys not wild tigers. With this petition I believe that certain rules and regulations should be enforced when owning a "Bully Breed". Any dog fighting or abuse towards this breed or any other animal should have severe consequences. I write this petition from my heart. I was raised with these animals and have had several taken from me because they looked like a specific breed. FREE THE PITS!!! Thank YOU Paulita Ornelas<3<3<3
