To: Sydney Flower Markets FREE STUDENT PARKING On weekdays all cars entering the markets are required to purchase a Daily Visitors Pass for $ 8.00. Free entry is available after 9:30 am; however by this stage most vendors have already left and merchandise available for sale is scarce. The experience of purchasing at the markets for us Floristry students is integral to our development as future florists in the industry.Our course requires we purchase our own fresh cut flowers and therefore visit the markets weekly. As students with no revenue we are on a limited budget and therefore find the Daily Visitor Pass unaffordable. Therefore, we the undersigned TAFE students request Sydney Flower Markets, to grant us free access upon presentation of a valid TAFE Student ID. We propose to display our Student ID on our car dashboard instead of the Daily Visitor Pass, saving the markets some administration costs. Sincerely
