We request an immediate investigation into the Postconviction Appeal of Ramsey Ramiro Muñiz, Appeal No. 98-41457 (Writ 2255) which presents evidence through trial testimony sent to the Office of the Pardon Attorney, proving that prosecutors intentionally withheld information about the principal conspirator so that culpability would be placed on Ramsey Muñiz. The Mexican American, Hispanic, Latino communities and others, especially the youth, seek an immediate Commutation of Sentence (reduction of legal penalties) for Ramiro “Ramsey” Muñiz.
