my godbrother got into it with an older man in a dmv parking lot in 08
the older man came out and started to yell at him and his friend for BEING by his car
so they got into an altercation and the older man hadd stabbed him so in SELFDEFENCE
my god brother grabbed the knife and stabbed him back
he has been in jail since he was 17 years old he was going to court as an juvinlee and they sent him to adult court
they brought up all his pass cases that he has had and tryed to put those on him again
they gave him 25 YEARS he will be 19 this year and wont be able to celebrate with his family im not saying he should get off scoot free butt justice was not served and the older man didnt get not one day in jail for what he have done they both have the scars so why is only one being blamed for the crime,this law system is supposed to be fair butt this isnt fair were trying to get this out there and get justicee for our son,brother,grandson,and father PLEASE HELP US GETT JUSTICEE.!
