Freelancer sequel MUST happen. I wish that the sequel be made by a worthy and able game studio. Preferably someone who was a big fan of the original title. After the release of the first Freelancer title in 2003 we were left wanting when a well engineered concept of Space Sim\RPG was, relative to the times, poorly executed... but in an ambitious and well made game. The studio responsible for the creation of such a mixed feeling title just wasn't up for such a huge undertaking. But did leave us with a nice brain child to chew on. Off-world trading on multiple free-to-roam planets with Space-ship laser battles in between, anyone?
