I request that the courts uphold the constitution and the bill of rights and release Kent Hovid immediately. Faluire to execute true justice and usurp the bill of rights upon one man demonstrates the courts cannot be trusted to protect any man's rights. It also demonstrates abuse of power, adding to an already long train of abuses of that power; showing We The People one more example that the courts no longer can be trusted to fairly rule over us and execute justice while protecting liberties. Therefore, as a Citzen of ths great nation of the United States of America, a Citzen with a voice and the God give right to use it, I petition the courts to let the man Kent Hovid, unjustly imprisoned, to be set free and returned to his family and to have his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness restored in full as they were illigally and unlawfully stolen from him.

The US government should be ashamed of the way that they are treating this man. They are acting in total contradiction of their own constitution and of their claims to be the land of the free. There are obviously people in the "Justice" system who are more obsessed with their own power than with really making true justice available to their ordinary citizens. It looks as though those who believe a bit differently get singled out for special treatment.
