This is terrible, Kent Hovind is such an inspirational man, god is on his side. There are wicked people in this world out there to stop our brothers from spreading the word of god, it's time we stand up and fight for each other.

After following the case(s) and all charges brought against Dr. Hovind, I feel the punishment for non-criminal activities have been applied without merit and quite frankly, has me completely baffled. The pain and suffering he has endured for over 8 years at the taxpayers expense is inconceivable, and has deeply affected his loved ones, friends and millions of people. The new charges of mail fraud and contempt of court are frighteningly egregious and leaves me wondering, what in the world is going on here... Dr. Hovind is not a criminal, not a tax protestor and the members of our judicial system need to focus on the real criminals from the government down to your local neighborhood rapist. I respectfully urge the justified immediate release of Dr. Hovind and all charges reversed, along with redress for being wrongfully convicted and incarcerated for crimes he never committed. I want to point out, that the court system is not perfect, yet I still have faith in our system, have family in law enforcement, and agree with the majority that in this particular case, the judgement is seriously flawed and in error. Everyone makes mistakes, even judges. It would be honorable for Judge Rogers to accept that a grave mistake was made. This would be a true serving justice. Kindly release Dr. Hovind "yesterday" and reverse all charges, especially "contempt of court". Respectfully submitted, Sheila D.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Kent Hovind's conviction but overturned a similar case in 2013 (US vs. Lang).

This IS NOT WHAT OUR FOUNDING FATHERS INTENDED we are watching the distruction of our country and our constitution and the people involved in this distruction has no clue or idea that this will lead to, if they think nazi Germany or North Korea is bad then wait and see how bad it will be here in the USA, God's judgement is comming and the begining is probably starting

Thi use of the same judge who originally convicted him seems like a conflict of interest to me. She has a vested interest in supporting her own original verdict.

Father God, Your Word, (Jesus Christ) did in fact tell us that the end times would be like this, and worse. Even so Lord, I am so completely appalled by this unjust persecution! And the state of our leaders in government! The wickedness that is dripping from just about every official there in! And how the SHAME that i don't see EVERY Christian network backing this man! Father, please forgive them. For they obviously know not what they do, or do not do! I stand in Awe of You Father, and all of Your CREATION! Please hear my plea. Awaken Your Bride Lord! Put Your armour upon us Lord. And Your Sword of Truth in our hands! Strengthen us with Your Holy Spirit Fire, so that we can do Spiritual battle in Your Holy Name.
