This is very similar to the persecution of Galileo because he had the courage to disagree with the "scientific establishment" of his day when they claimed the earth was the centre of the solar system.

It is time to end the goverment case against these people. They have served there time so let them return home. There are bigger fish in the pond to go after for rules infractions.
