bIt is my great hope that Kent Hovind will e released from prison and the latest charges be dismissed. The original charges are now ones which the IRS has had to publicly admit they unjustly pursued against many citizens. They apologized to those citizens....Where is Kent Hovind's apology? Where is his release from prison on unjust charges? Why have new charges based on a false imprisonment continued to be pursued at great cost to taxpayers? The judge in this 2nd case should have recused herself after sitting as judge in the first case against him. It certainly seems that he is more a political prisoner because of his strong biblical standing. I thought America protected religious freedom. This case is but one example of a justice system that is no longer just.
