Sharpton never has gone to prison. Wesley Snipes served a couple of years and is out. How does Kent Hovind get such an outlandish sentence for trying to obey tax laws that he was told he was obeying?

At the federal level in all aspects of this entire case, what a travesty and miscarraige of justice. In my humble opinion, conspiracy charges against the judge and agents of the IRS should be initiated. These individuals took oaths to uphold the law, not to bend it to accomplish thier goals.

What a grievous and outrageous abuse pf power by all govt angencies and employees involved. From the beginning to its conclusion, what a sickening display of moral injustice. This is a perfect example of a country with govt angencies out of control and misuse of power. Disgusting at every stage.

I live in the United Kingdom and I thought and believed that America was founded upon certain principles and what has happened and is still continuing to happen to Mr. Kent Hovind and his Wife is one of the worst abuses of power I have ever heard about. Free Mr. Kent Hovind now, draw a line over this sad and sick episode in America's history.
