This action (the persecution of Kent Hovind) demonstrates the FACT that our current system of governance 'by the rule of law' has receded into the prevailing truth that it has become instead the 'rule of lawlessness'. a moral truth that this case in particular has underlined. If we are to truly advance the ideals of peace and fair treatment to all citizens in our society then this prosecution of justice imposed upon Kent Hovind and Paul Hansen must be identified for what it is (persecution of innocent men); and therefore it must be overturned and ceased, and in view of other mitigating circumstances and actions of the prosecution, further investigations of those people involved in performing these acts should be pursued with extreme prejudice to determine if their actions should be treated as criminal abuse, and if so then charges must be brought forth against the perpetrators of these crimes for the protection of the people from those persons who have been placed in positions of power.

Kent Hovind represents a significant benefit and servant of the public and education. He deserves every ounce of support from the people as well as from the government that is supposed to serve them.
