I am shocked and appalled at this GROSS misconduct and abuse of judicial authority. Judge heldemeyer should be disbarred immediately!!! Or at the very least disallowed to sit on any other case regarding Kent Hovind. The bias she has displayed is outrageous. Kent Hovind should be not only receive a full pardon but also receive a public apology.
