We the undersigned do respectfully submit this petition on behalf of Khalin Collins. Khalin was wrongfully convicted of a crime by the 13TH CIRCUIT DIVISION 5 Court in Columbia County, Arkansas. We are petitioning to have the court system revisit the case with the hopes of having a fair and unbiased trial. We know Khalin and love and respect him.
