Joshua Garvey and Dusty Desautel have been in Vermont states custody for over 1 year and have completed all necessary tasks of the probation and have not been granted release from the State of Vermont. Joshua Garvey 16 years old has been waiting to be granted his freedom but the State has refused. Dusty Desautel has completed his probation and has also been not been granted release. Both may have had charges that made them dangerous to them selves and others but they have been through many counseling sessions including drug and alcohol and anger management they both are still going through counseling on there own terms and go every week these to young men have earned to there freedom they now live in a foster home together and are awaiting release this process takes about 6 - 18 months and both should not have to wait that long. Joshua plans on joining the United States Marine Corps when he is 18 and Dusty plans on becoming a international construction contractor to help rebuild buildings in needy countries.
