This is an attempt to save Richmond Virginia's most loved and most famous skate spot. This skate spot has been around for years, untouched by anyone except skaters. Local skaters have slaved in the hot sun and cold winters to make this slab of concrete one of the best skate spots on the east coast. This spot has been featured in many skate videos and is very well known all across the east coast. I recently found that this spot is potentially due for destruction by the land owner. Alot of the things built there have already been destroyed and it is fenced in. My goal is to get as many skaters from the area, some Am and Pro skaters, to sign the petition to get the proper permission to skate and build at Hippoland.
