The criminal justice system has historically penalized African American men for breaking the law more than other ethnic groups. For a 1st time offender this sentence was abhorrent.

This man has turned his life around and should be given a second chance. A life sentence for a first conviction is insanity!

Life without parole for a first time offense is just plain wrong. Frantz has paid his dues and deserves to get back to his kids.
