Our Judicial system is a joke, some little man dont want to say they was wrong so they make some crap up to keep him instead of pay him. Sounds like UTAH. Guilty until proven innocent. what a joke.

This is one of the most INSANE cases I have ever heard about. This young man made a poor choice of best friend. The best friend has now fully confessed to committing the crime, and exonerated Dusty. It's time the judicial system enact some actual JUSTICE for Dusty, who has MORE than paid the price for being there the night of the murder. ENOUGH! Free DUSTY!

I saw the show and I couldn't believe he is still in jail. The actual murderer said he was innocent.

Free Dusty. He’s innocent and you’ve ruined his life. Silence is the enemy of justice. You are supposed to stand for Truth. Prove you are honorable and deserve your position.

I have read articles about Rusty. Even with his assisting the man who murdered the young lady, he should have been out and free long ago. A good man. The military sure taught you its codes. Maybe too well. Sorry for all the time--you made good use of it! Be well.

It is the epitome of corruption for attorneys and judges to keep this man locked up to save face for themselves.

Praying for you Dusty. Your strength and disposition is incredibly phenomenal and inspirational, as is your family, as I witnessed from documentary. I could not, NOT, sign this petition, the only thing I have the power to do for you. I will share this petition with all those I can.

He has done enough time for what he did to Trying to cover it up. He was young. I believe he deserves a chance to live free. And he did not murder or kidnap none if that makes sense.

Justice must be done, finally.
