I believe the hair shouldn't necessarily effect how well a job is performed or maintained and people should be allowed to express themselves, in all honesty though I don't oversee things like that, I support how people want to look.

I’ve meet the sweetest people with different color hair , tattoos, or piercings. They were sometimes even nicer than people with none. Everyone is different and what they wear and have on they’re skin DOES NOT deFINE who tHEY ARE AS A PERSON!
