We, the undersigned students, alumni, and members of the academic community, would like to express our concern regarding the removal of Kamilya Kadyrova from their position at FYS.

During their time at FYS, Kamilya Kadyrova has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, dedication, and commitment to the success of students and the institution as a whole. Their contribution to the learning environment has been significant:
1) delivering clear and engaging lessons;
2) treating students with respect and understanding;
3) providing support beyond the classroom;
4) fostering a positive and motivating academic atmosphere.

We believe that their absence negatively impacts the quality of education and the overall academic experience.

In light of the above, we respectfully ask the administration of FYS to reconsider their decision and reinstate Kamilya Kadyrova to their position.
