Mission Statement

Dear Governor Glen Younkin; Secretary of Public Safety Robert "Bob" Mosier; and Secretary of the Commonwealth Kay Coles James; and Chairman of the Parole Board Chadwick S. Dotson.

I stand in solidarity with Lord Swiff Azaad-Allah ( known affectionately as Swiff ) and all those working to obtain Mercy for him in the form of a Conditional Pardon/Clemency.

As set forth in his clemency petition, and as reflected in his institutional record, he has personified the the definition of rehabilitation. He has lived in such a way so as to prove that his cognitive thinking has been positively changed for the better.

It is never enough to just be remorseful for criminal behavior. We want our citizens to abandon the very thoughts that led to the behavior. As such, the way Swiff has served his (17) years of incarceration has abundantly proven to us that he thinks in a pro-social manner that we both welcome and need in our communities.

We are asking you to extend mercy to this man and those of us that need him home.
