He had to go from a very relaxed and open minimum security institution and transfer to a harsh locked down 23 and 1 maximum security prison to even complete the bachelors degree that he obtained. that in itself speaks volumes!

I believe Mr. Baker has shown humility for his actions and deserves a second chance in life. Yes people make mistakes in their life but if you learn from it that shows maturity in the person. During the time I have gotten to know Mr. Baker he is an outstanding man that deserves a second chance. Please take into consideration the things he has done while being incarcerated and use that to help him and not go off his past.

Fontaine will be a valued member of society once he is released. We need him back home to mentor our youth.
