After two trails, it seems cruel and a waste of resources to continue trying to convict a victim who does not pose a threat to society.

As a survivor of spousal abuse, I'm appalled at the treatment of this woman! Let her free, she's suffered enough because of this violent male!

Vindictive prosecution does not serve justice.

Two trials is enough. You shouldn't be able to just keep trying someone for the same crime after you are able to pick the brain of the jurors to see what they didn't like about your case. It gives an unfair advantage and encourages prosecution to just keep tweeking a case until they can psychologically manipulate the next jury into a guilty verdict. Show the evidence, trust the process, and unfortunately accept that we don't always know definitively what happened. Plus, I can't believe that they are claiming she couldn't have been a victim because she should have known better. Makes my blood boil.

colleen is a loving caring woman. She has many talents to offer . Instead she is being held in bondage after 2 separate trials with hung juries. The expense to Stark county has been tremendous. I beg you to free colleen and let her contribute to society.

I believe that Colleen was in fear for life when she shot her husband so it was an act of self-defense. She should not have to endure a third trial.
