I stand beside Francesca as a dog lover and pray that someday Brindi will be freed from this terrible unjust imprisonment to live out the rest of her days with the love she deserves.

So let me get this straight - the dog is being "imprisoned" for getting loose for 20 seconds? It sounds like a very, very bad joke. You obviously haven't been to cities where dogs roam freely with no consequences to anyone. Please, stop this farce. Release the dog to her owner, and let everyone move on already!

I work in animal rescue and a living dog with a loving home deserves to be there- too many loving dogs are out down because they have no home.

This is clearly an illegal case of cover up and animal cruelty due to malfeasance, vendetta against an owner whose rights have also been violated by corrupt city officials. Time to prosecute & disbar the prosecutor & fire all HRM officials involved in this corruption & cover up! Locking up an innocent dog for SEVEN YEARS? For what? Lock up these evil & immoral people instead!!
