Halifax is guilty of animal abuse, violations of their own dog bylaws, humans rights, dereliction of duty of care, malfeasance, perjury, countless obstructions of justice, non compliance of a Supreme Court Order, illegal search & seizure, breaches of public trust, abuse of taxpayers & ratepayers through seven years of outright FRAUD ! When will THESE perpetrators be doing serious time for all of the above abuses of their "powers"???
