Give Brindisi back to her owner! GOD would punish you all, if you kill her.

This is an unprecedented case of a dog and owner who did nothing to deserve the harshest penalty the law can deliver.
We strongly oppose the decision to euthanize Brindi, a mixed-breed neutered female who was first seized on July 24, 2008 from the home of her owner, Francesca Rogier. We demand that Brindi immediately be released to her owner. The only acceptable alternative to this is that she be safely fostered outside of Halifax pending the outcome of a court appeal.
Brindi is now over ten years old. She is friendly and gentle, and has never bitten a human being or seriously injured another dog. She is not categorically "dog aggressive"
