Ten years ago, in the state of Virginia, Beverly Monroe was wrongfully convicted of murder for the apparent suicide of her long term boyfriend . After years of struggle and appeals the state\'s charges against Beverly were vacated by the federal court, which called her case \"a monument to prosecutorial indiscretions and mishandling.\" The state has filed an appeal and is trying to put Beverly back in prison on a technicality. The petition is aimed at ending the injustice by stopping this appeal or at the very least getting her a fair trial that includes all the evidence that was omitted and hidden in the first trial.
