I hereby agree, that Ray Belizna, a Math teacher at RHS for the past (14) should not be deemed of harassment filed by an undisclosed student. It is also noted that he has received 5/5 stars on ratemyteacher.com Not only is this an embarrassment to our school, it goes against all the principles of education. Thank you.
