Proxy voting by Internet has been since ten years inexistent in France because of the neglect of big banks. The DirectVote site open this September offered as minimum tool the free and easy generation of a proxy form to any shareholders for subsequent validation by their bank and it also offered to willing companies the most efficient and secure Internet voting process.
