This week 5 afm members includind some detention service officers where accused of involontuary homicide against a irregular migrant from mali. the deceased as said in the newspaper acted more than 2 times agressively towards the 5 members and at a time the migrant bit one of the soldiers. Teeth in that case is a weapon and obvisouly if someone is going to get bitten automatically he`s going to defend himself. Can you imagine what would have happened if the migrant by accident bit an artery on the soldier? what would have happened then? recently there was a similar case where 5 bouncers @ paceville where set free on involontuary homicide the reason being as they acted in self defence were a bouncer hit the migrant. with the blow the migrant fell hit his head and died. Some of these soldiers they have nearly 5 years left of service who are going to take care of their families and loved ones?? because they acted in self defence. would you let your friend get bitten and not do anything?
