To Whom It May Concern: I believe Zantwan Worthy deserve to be free, he has served well over the time. He has done a lot of help with Youth saying no to drugs. Also has turned his life around as a positive to NC community. He has plenty of time educating his self in courses he has took while incarcerated. Zantwan Worthy deserves a second chance.
