That an illiterate man would be found guilty of texting anything on a phone that does not belong to him is beyond belief. This man's only crime is being a Christian in a country that is intolerant of any view except one.

Pakistan's government has many of her citizens living here in the UK. They are safe, they have access to education, to health care, and freedom of religion. I hope that the Pakistani government will overrule in this case and allow Zafar Bhatti to be freed.

Why is this happening in Pakistan ? What about freedom of religion ? People from Pakistan are free to follow whatever religion they choose to in the U.K.

If God is real, and we know him to be very real then this is no way to treat a believer and finding no reason for this in the whole of scripture, Zafar works for the lord and would be a blessing and a huge benefit to any work or community he put his hands and heart to.
