Please release this innocent man, who is clearly being held under false charges

The evidence against this man is flawed. The decisions made are emotive not rationally based. The legal system is being used by people who should know better regardless of their personal beliefs.

I will be praying for Pastor Bhatti and for all Christians living under Pakistan's draconian blasphemy laws, which can so easily be used against a personal enemy.

As zafar Bhatti is said to be illiterate he could not have written messages on a phone that was not his. We pray for a fair verdict on his case.

An horrendous unjust ruling. Is this what the Muslim religion looks like?

It is obvious that Zafar Bhatti is in prison on trumped-up charges. If the Pakistani legal system can provide incontrovertible evidence that Zafar committed blasphemy, then let that be done now. Otherwise set him free to be with his usual family and relatives.

I believe this man has been falsely accused. Continuing to hold him will be a blot on Muslim jurisprudence, which is supposed to be fair.
