Safar, I will pray for you and your wife, that you will be freed from prison in Pakistan and will be released to an understanding country, as Asia Bibb and her family were.

The incaceration on scant evidence for a charge that should not be a crimminal offence as there is no equal offence for other religions that have technically freedom within Pakistan is abhorrant to all in goverment who seek to protect thier subjects - that includes the judicary

This case does not reflect well on the Pakistani judiciary system. This man has been unfairly incarcerated on flimsy evidence for 10 years; a complete scandal.

We will pray for Zafir and his wife at our prayer meeting tomorrow at 2.30pm. May the Lord our God open the prison doors for Zafir as He did for Paul and Silas and Peter as we read in the book of Acts.
