The hype that the media and news make about certain situations around the city is disgusting. A young 15 year old male has been put into a situation where the only option he had left was to fight. This is a young man who has never been charged with anything in his past great kid. He comes from a loving family who only wants to see a fair case both ways. Every child makes mistakes some more then others but it is not fair when the tables are turned around and the victim become the bad guy. Yusuf Shepard is being charged as an adult in the Allegheny county jail for a crime that could have been avoided if the right actions where taking before the situation got the point it has. His family has been through allot and they have not given up on him. I am writing this petition to open the eyes of those who have not been given a fair case those who have become victims of their surroundings.
