I am a criminal defense attorney in Kansas. Mr. Piers should be pardoned. He should not continue to be imprisoned because of ineffective assistance of counsel. In addition, what possible purpose is served by a 40-year sentence in this case.

I used to live in Alaska wished I could be back with him I know for a fact there's no way that boy man is capable of nothing like that to put him in prison for as long as he's been there would love to start another life while he still can
